This collection is focusing on tools necessary when Preparing for Greater Responsibility and will cover ‘soft skills’ addressing  Listening Skills focuses on how to stay in tune and engaged to become an effective listener and gain understanding; Good Time Management is one of the characteristics of good administration, it is the art of effectively managing time, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines; Master the skill to empower, equip, and develop employees by creating a Coaching culture within the organization, you’ll help establish a problem-solving mindset; Discover how to prepare for and conduct Performance Management so that your teams know exactly what they do well, and where they can improve; Developing and Maintaining Discipline can be difficult for everyone, but carrying them out correctly is vital for keeping an organization on track, learn how to take action and hold disciplinary meetings; Giving Effective On-Going Feedback is essential to ensuring teams are able to operate at their best, achieve their goals, and learn from mistakes, learn the key principles to give feedback to achieve goals and strengthen performance; In today’s fast-changing environment, there’s no time to ease your way into your position, develop and enhance leadership skills to lead effectively while Excelling as a Supervisor; Whenever you talk, you are sending a message.  Communicating verbally, however, involves more than just talking, learning how to effectively communicate and convey information can be found in Verbal and Nonverbal Communication.

For example, “Performance Management” is paired with Personnel Responsibility:  Performance Evaluations; and “Time Management” is paired with Management Responsibilities:  Planning, Organizing
