Practical Workplace Math

Where do we use math?

At work:  I can only do 30 minutes of overtime.
At home: I prepare dinner for 4.

In transit:  Our train is being held in the station for another 6 minutes.

In sports:  The team won by 23 points.

In court:  Would you believe that same violation repeated 9 times.

Math describes how much, how many, recognizes patterns, inductive reasoning, make estimation, fair trade/final bargains, help negotiations, efficiency.  Any ideas
