Policies & Procedures
Registration is done on a first come first served basis. Members are not officially enrolled until they have completed the registration process.

Periodic Updates
Periodic updates will be e-mailed to all enrollees. When courses are cancelled, members may transfer to another course or receive the full refund.

Changes in Program
The Education Committee reserves the right to cancel courses, to make substitution in instructors, and to change the days, times, and location of classes if necessary.

Enroll By Date
Enrollment closes thirty days before the first class meeting.

Refundable Deposit
The Refundable Deposit must be received  15 days before the first class meeting.

Session Guarantee
Bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances may cause the cancellation of a class session. Bad weather cancellation information will be e-mailed to the address that we have on file.

Class Size
Courses are subject to minimum enrollment. Class size depends on the type of class offered.

For example, seminars and workshops require a minimum of 20 enrollees, computer courses require a minimum of 10 enrollees, and all other courses require a minimum of 12 enrollees.

However, the average daily attendance for all classes, except seminars and workshops, must me maintained at 8 students per class.
