Exam Prep Programs are developed basis and based on the yearly examination prepared by the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, and are conducted on an as-needed basis on weekday evenings and on Saturday mornings. The Education Fund is also responsible for developing courses that are designed to assist members in developing study habits, identifying exam strategies, for multiple choice questions, education & experience forms, essay, orals, in-basket exercises, and reviewing test-taking-techniques. 

Prep for Principal Administrative Associate

DCAS has announced its 2008/2009 civil service exam schedule.  Both the promotional and the open competitive examination for Principal Administrative Associate are scheduled to open for filing March 4, 2009, and the exam is scheduled for June 20, 2009. 

Prep for Supervisor of Office Machine Operations

DCAS has announced their tentative 2008/2009 exam schedule, and the Supervisor of Office Machine Operations is listed and is scheduled to open for filing November 5, 2008, and the test is scheduled to be held February 28, 2009.
