such as Human Rights Watch, the ASPCA, and Planned Parenthood New York City.

With a union, you have the legal right to bargain over your pay, benefits, employment security, health and safety, retirement, and more. A union also gives you the ability to negotiate over policies that affect promotions, layoffs, and other aspects of your job.

Interested in forming a union in your workplace? If you are, Local 1180 can help you and your co-workers build the majority support you will need. Please contact organizer Erin Mahoney at 212-226-6565 ext. 4958 or email her at emahoney@cwa1180.org.
