School Construction Authority contract
22 months and 20 days (December 6, 2006 – October 25, 2008) that provides the following:
Wage Increase
1/06/07:   2% wage increase, applied to all minimums, promotional guarantees and 5 year longevity

7/06/07:   5% wage increase, applied to all minimums, promotional guarantees and 5 year longevity

10/25/08:  A new $750 longevity for employees with 10 years of service

We agreed to a side letter indicating that we will not pursue the productivity increase.

Benefit Fund Payments

4/06/07:  $166.67 Lump sum welfare fund payment (actives and retirees)

9/06/08:  $35 welfare fund rate increase (actives and retirees)

We also agreed in two instances to remove contract language - language on layoffs that had a sunset clause effective 9/30/02 and language in the side letter on “Civil Service Transitional Issues” regarding disciplinary procedures for provisional employees with less than two years of service.
